STUDIO POLICY/RATES

• Please call us at 847-607-9966 to learn about all the pricing options that are available and to learn more about the Taste of Essence Package along with our rewards program.  With a variety of packages to fit your needs, we can tailor your program to fit your budget. Call for rates and packages. 

• THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

• Please note there IS AN EXPIRATION DATE of 6 MONTHS on ALL PACKAGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged for a missed appointment.

• ​CLASSES: In order to join these classes you must register, either on-line or call the studio. Walk-ins welcomed BUT Prior class registration strongly encouraged to reserve your spot.  If 1 or no client are signed-up for a class 24-hours prior to it's start time, the instructor may choose to cancel the class as it is not a cost effective use of the Instructors time.

• DUET POLICY: In the event that one person in the duet cancels with 24 hours notice the other person will be notified and given the option of paying for a private session or canceling the appointment at no charge. If the other party cancels with less than 24 hours notice then the client canceling will be responsible for payment and the other person will pay the usual duet fee.

• STUDIO ETIQUETTE: Please silence all cell phones and limit use to outside of studio. Please avoid using any scented products in the studio. Some clients have allergies or sensitivities to certain perfumes and lotions.  Please do not bring children into the apparatus studio. It is dangerous for them and our clients. Please do not wear shoes in the apparatus studio.
